I am here requesting to apply the authentication of my CHED-CAV verified academic records, and NBI clearance . I have requested my documents to be apostilled at the Department of Foreign Affairs, however I am oversea in China currently. My brother-in-law and duly representative, Roy Aguilay Buerano, who is currently in Cebu will sign and perform acts necessary to collect the apostlled documents. The online registration is always full and no vacant slot for the scheduling. I am afraid to lose my my opportunity to transfer to another employer (where these documents are prerequisite requirement)
