Greetings Department of Foreign Affairs, ' Ma'am/Sir, I would like to get an online appointment in your office in DFA OCEANA unfortunately there is no available date after this year ends. I am requesting for my birth certificate to be apostilled for I need it to apply for a Schengen Visa in the Dutch Consulate. My uncle, the brother of my father will be my authorized representative for submitting my birth certificate in your office. Please grant my request as I am on the process of securing my documents. I hope for your kind and consideration regarding this matter. Thank you
