Hi! I would like to make a request on dfa apostille appointment because their site couldnt reload. I am arranging my marriage and my baby's passport currently. I need to make my baby's passport report of birth etc. My baby is already 1 yr old plus. But i couldnt go to philippine embassy kl without the documents i wanted to authenticated with. Because i am currently overstaying,i wanted to make an appointment befor this year ends. So that i can arangge my son's citizenship.I am trying to call the hotline numbers but cannot reach all.
