Please be informed that any person or his duly authorized representative, whose name was included in the BI's (HDO/WLO, BLO) pursuant to a primary order from the Commissioner or the Board of Commissioners shall file a notarized request for the lifting and cancellation of his name in the BI derogatory lists. The requests shall (1) state the grounds for lifting and cancellation of his name; (2) specify the reference number of the derogatory order; and (3) show proof of payment of the fees prescribed. you mentioned that you filed your request on 30 January 2020. As such, you may directly coordinate your request at the Office of the Commissioner, 2nd Floor BI- Main Office. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to www.immigration.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
