Hi, I am Raffy Tatel and I have a study which is a decision support system that will help the Local Government Unit of Davao City to prepare and be aware of possible Dengue outbreak per district. In line of this, I would like to ask permission to allow me to access weather data of Davao City per District using APIs. Data needed to access are the following: 1. Rainfall 2. Heat Index 3. Dew Point 4. Temperature
