Hi! I would like to ask what would be the best thing to do and where to address my concern about the non- receiving of hazard pay. I'm a job order employee under DPWH Cebu 5th District and according to admin office, job orders won't have any chance to receive the hazard pay because of the district's budget. But as indicated in the AO 26, if the budget is insufficient to pay the hazard pay at the rate of Php 500 per day per person, a lower but uniform rate may be granted for all qualified personnel. Also, they already paid all qualified personnel in the district except the job order.
