good day! ako po ay humihingi ng kaukulan dokumento kung bakit pinagbabawalan ang mga jeep sa commonwealth ave. gusto ko pong malaman kung ano po ang pinanghahawakang kautusan, memo circular etc na nagbabawal sa mga jeep gayong mga legal naman ang aming prangkesa sa commonwealth ave pero hinuhuli out of line ng mga MMDA special operations.
