PD 1867, s. 1983, Section 1, states among others:
“Provided, however, that a reduced rate of ₱1,350.00 for first class passage ₱810.00 for economy class passage as provided under RA Nos. 1478 and 6141 shall be imposed on those enumerated under Section 2-A of this Decree”.
PD 1205, Section 3 (addition of Section 2-A)
includes among others:
(c) Officials and employees of GOCCs travelling on official business.”
May I ask if the abovementioned provision (reduced rate for GOCCs) is still implemented as of writing. Otherwise can we request a copy of amendment/s thereto.

I visited the website you have provided above and found out that officials and employees of government-owned and controlled corporation are not included in persons who may avail the standard reduced travel tax which is not aligned with Section 3 of PD 1205, s. 1977 (Insertion of Section 2-A) and Section 1 of PD No. 1867, s. 1983
