Hi DILG,

Would like to inquire in your good office on what are the action items if the FOI request was just ignored by the assigned govt. office.

This is in line with my FOI request number #NHA-281583079488 regarding the final list of beneficiaries of YOLANDA Housing Project in Culaba, Biliran.

Please note that Municipality of Culaba already received the letter from the foi however its already 2 months and the request was just ignored.

We are asking the list of beneficiaries since our Mayor told everyone that he already submitted the final list since 2016 however the NHA dont have the copy

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We have checked with our Informal Settlers Families - Program Management Office if they have copies of the the data you requested but unfortunately they do not have them. 

This Office had a project that delves on the recovery/reconstruction of the infrastructures ruined by Typhoon Yolanda. It is, however, solely focused on the rehabilitation of public infrastructures and does not have funds for housing programs. 

As an alternative, you may wish to contact the National Housing Authority Regional office 8 at:
