POLO HK OIC Villafuerte is having secret meetings with agency complainants. Complainants has reported that Mr. Villafuerte searches complainants to remove cell phones from them before meeting with them in his office. In the non-transparent meetings, Mr. Villafuerte presents pictures of Filipino Community members and NGO leaders and states that these people are going to 'destroy' POLO. According to numerous victims, the statements from Mr. Villafuerte are false and Mr. Villafuerte intimidates people into not pursuing agency complaints. I would like to obtain records of the meetings.
