Hi, I would like to ask information regarding: - Any statistics comparing (school) bullying rates as well as the age of victims and offenders before the implementation of the Anti-Bullying Act of 2013 and now. - Documents comparing the suicide rates during the same period mentioned earlier. - Any documents showing the efforts of the government to implement the law and to stop bullying (Punishment given to offenders, Number of schools who adopted policies against bullying...)
