Hi! My name is Karen Joy Emperador Nidoy with GSIS BP No. 2005331697. I would like to request for an assistance in updating my details such as Civil Status and Married Name with GSIS. As of now, the only document/proof that I have is our Certificate of Marriage from City Civil Registrar. I have already requested our Marriage Certificate from PSA but according to them it will be available 6 months to 1 year after the registration. Can I already update my civil status and married name using the Certificate of Marriage from City Civil Registrar? How to update and how to get an updated UMID CARD?
