Good day, I would like to formally inquire if there is indeed a a case of annulment or declaration of nullity of marriage filed under the names of ROBERT CRUZ TAN III and LOVELY DANGANAN TAN at the [Text Redacted] or any family courts in the Philippines. I am a concerned friend of the Miss Tan and I am filing this FOI request in behalf of her since she is out of the country. It was communicated to her that an annulment case was filed in the abovementioned court. However, she received no summons on the particular case. Hoping to hear from your good office on this request.

Good day, I received the attachment I received on my email. I was wondering if this applies to all family courts in the Philippines? No petition was filed in any family courts?
