I'm currently on the thesis proposal, my proposal is an Philippine Relief Disaster Center. Disaster Management is the systematic observation and analysis of disasters to improve measures relating to prevention, mitigation, preparedness, emergency response and recovery can i requuest a soft copy of Annual Tropical Cyclone Tracks for the year of 2013 to 2020.
