Hi,
I was the one who inquired about the micro data for Annual Survey of Philippine Business and Industry (ASPBI) for all establishments from 2002 to 2018 under request ticket #PSA-039090576299. Because I could't find the reply button that is why I had to make another request because I have further clarification.
This is regarding the condition that the micro data cannot be accessed outside the PSA premises. What about for overseas scholars who cannot go back to the Philippines? Is there a different arrangement for this situation? Thanks!

I am actually an overseas scholar in Japan and due to covid my co-scholars and I are unable to go home for data gathering that is why we are relying to be able to request the data we need online. I was hoping there are other arrangements applicable for overseas scholars who cannot go to a PSA office to be able to access the data.
Thank you!
