Under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 9904, the association is required to submit an Annual Report within 90 days from the close of the fiscal period. I would like to request a copy of the Annual Report for the following fiscal periods: 2012-2013, 2013-2014, 2014-2015, 2015-2016, 2017-2018, 2018-2019. Per Section 46 of HLURB Board Resolution No 877 Series of 2011, the Annual Report should contain: a. General information sheet b. Latest financial statement certified correct by the treasurer and auditor of the association c. master list of members d. compiled resolutions
