October 3, 2022 Dear RALPH CASTILLO, I refer to my letter of Oct 03, 2022 12:25:32 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Annual report of evacuees in the past 5 years in Apalit, Pampanga. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. It is the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) of Apalit, Pampanga that may have the data that you require.
