We would like to request for all national, regional and provincial per-capita poverty thresholds for all years for which the FIES was conducted: 1991, 1994, 1997, 2000, 2003, 2006, 2009, 2012 and 2015
This will be used by the DOH to compute rates of catastrophic spending for health and impoverishment due to health spending over the years.
