Your Request You asked for Annual LGU fiscal data for 2017 and 2018 (by municipality). Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. Attached herewith is a copy of the information you requested. Please be informed that the FY 2017 data is preliminary and undergoing review and approval process as of this time. The data is also posted in our website under Statistics Page (http://blgf.gov.ph/lgu-fiscal-data/). On the other hand, the FY 2018 data is not yet available as of this time. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Bureau's Executive Director Niño Raymond B. Alvina. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). The BLGF takes reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data available. However, the BLGF assumes no responsibility for consequences, including direct, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or misuse of any information that is available.
