In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly be informed that our Dams Management Department has data for the following: 1 . Reservoir water level for Caliraya Dam from 2012-2019 2. Normal High Water Level (NHWL) of Caliraya Dam from 2012-2019 3. Rule Curve Evaluation of Caliraya Dam Also, we would like to clarify the details of the research where the data will be used. Accordingly, if the requested data is on a daily or annual basis. Please note that the charge for hydrological data is P1/day per station for data request from private individuals or companies. Please note that NPC can only provide a 5 year period daily data free of charge. The NHWL and rule curve elevation are free of charge. . Feb 19, 2020 Dear Anne Jezzamine, I refer to my letter of Nov 27, 2019 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Annual Elevation Status of Caliraya and Lumot Dams from 2009-2019. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request. As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Feb 19, 2020. You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
