This is Mary Grace V. Gabis, a Filipino graduate student at Korea University in Seoul, South Korea. I am currently doing my Master's thesis on the determinants of electricity demand. In this regard, this is to request for the Annual Average Data on Temperature, Relative Humidity, and Heat Index in Luzon, Visayas, & Mindanao from 1970 to 2018. These data will serve as an essential input in my thesis. Rest assured that the data that your agency will provide will solely be used for academic purposes only. Thank you. Jun 21, 2019 Dear Mary Grace, I refer to my letter of Mar 29, 2019 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Annual Average Data on Temperature, Relative Humidity, and Heat Index in Luzon, Visayas, & Mindanao. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request. As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jun 21, 2019. You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
