Good day! I, together with a colleague, am going to conduct a research on spatial dependence of traffic congestion in Metro Manila. Because of this, I would like to request for the Annual Average Daily Traffic (AADT) count data for the year 2018 in NCR for our perusal. It would be highly appreciated if you also include the following: 1. the number of vehicle types per roadway. 2. any other data relating to AADT that are aggregated per barangay in NCR 3. coordinates/geocodes and shapefiles of road segments Thank you, and more power! Yours, Spencer Espartero Student, UP Diliman
