CERILLES AND UNGAY-MALOBAGO AND RAPU-RAPU MINING; 2. THE CORRESPONDINGS ANNEXES; 3. THE VARIOUS REPORTS SUBMITTED BY THE TWO MINING CORPORATIONS; 4. THE DEPOSITARY BANK FOR THE SAID MINING AGREEMENT.
