Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated Jun 24, 2021 11:57:32 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You are requesting reports of Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Maimpis Reports.
It is not mentioned in your request what particular reports you are needed. But if it is about the budget of Barangay Maimpis, DBM-DILG-WYC Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. 2019 provides that the SK annual/supplemental budget will be submitted to the sangguniang panglungsod or bayan through the city/municipal budget officer for authorization.
Hence, we suggest that you coordinate/request to the Barangay Officer of Maimpis and/or the City Government of San Fernando, Pampanga particularly to the City Budget Officer/City Accountant/Sanguniang Panlungsod on the specific reports needed.
