You asked about the SAP 1st and 2nd tranche for certain Rosalie J. Canete, who claimed and if not claimed, how to claim.

Unfortunately, the information you are requesting falls under the list of Exceptions to the Right of Access to Information enumerated in the Inventory of Exceptions to Right to Access to Information issued by the Office of the President (attached as ANNEX B to the FOI Manual of the DSWD).
