Your request
You requested information on the following for research, transparency and public interest purposes: (1) the amount of SAP fund received by or allocated to the municipality of Pilar, Capiz; and (2) the breakdown of such fund.
Response to your request
Unfortunately, the DSWD can only grant data requested for number (1) because we don’t have data with respect to number (2) since DSWD only has data of SAP amounts given per city/municipality. As to the breakdown of the SAP fund allocated to your municipality, the Pilar, Capiz LGU can better answer your query Thus, the DSWD can only partially grant your request and we shall refer your request with respect to this matter to the proper DSWD office.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary ROLANDO JOSELITO D. BAUTISTA at DSWD-Central Office, IBP Road Batasan Pambansa Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City.
