In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. If you are requesting for actual amount of foreign direct investments (FDI) in the country, you may visit the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) website at www.bsp.gov.ph or in case you want amount of investments based on approved/committed investments, you may visit website of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) at www.psa.gov.ph. Approved investments data came from major source agencies such as the BOI, PEZA, CDC, SBMA, etc. However, for the revenue of local and foreign investments, you may coordinate or may inquire from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). You may use the reply function on the eFOI portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests/aglzfmVmb2ktcGhyHQsSB0NvbnRlbnQiEEJPSS0wMDEzNjYyNDE1OTMM, for request with ticket number #BOI-001366241593, to respond.

Dear Pamela,
I refer to my letter of Nov 05, 2018 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Amount of Investments Made and Revenue of the Foreign and Local Investors by Region and by Industry. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jan 28, 2019.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office.
