Part 2 of Regulatory Issuance No. 4, Series of 2021, or the 2021 AMLC Registration and Reporting Guidelines (ARRG), mandates a registration update within two (2) years, or immediately when there is a change in compliance officer (CO)/authorized representative, its address and contact details, or any material change in its registration. A Certificate of Registration will be issued to successfully registered covered persons, upon request.
