Thank you for your request dated Apr 24, 2023 11:15:22 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
The bank is requesting for a Certificate of Registration from the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as part of its customer due diligence on a client covered person (i.e., the real estate broker or developer) transacting with another covered person (i.e., the bank) under Republic Act No. 9160, otherwise known as the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, as amended (AMLA).
