An additional description of the businesses requesting me to get an AMLA Certification (to make sure that I have no AMLA cases):
1.)Memo Multinational Corp -Engage in business process outsourcing activities, the business of software applications development and programming, data communications, system design analysis, website design and development, to program and develop the provision of software packages tailed to the
needs of prospective clients; customer care and technical after-sales support; to
purchase, sell, create, distribute, revise, and edit all product services to all
categories of customers and other related services such as contract programming,
consultancy in information technology, business IT services, IT Process consulting,
helpdesk and IT technical Services.
2.) 5 Seasons IT Solutions, Inc.- Engage in the business of research and development information technology, software development, e-commerce and related activities, technical and customer support services in relation to specific software, website, and IT solutions without acting as an internet provider.

May we ask what is the ultimate purpose for getting the AMLC certification? Is it for employment with the 2 companies? Or are you instructed to transact with a bank?

Dear Ms. Gilig,
Thank you for your request dated 09 May 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (S. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
As the central anti-money laundering/counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF) authority of the Philippines, the AMLC primarily functions as a financial intelligence unit, money laundering/terrorism financing investigator and prosecutor, as well as an AML/CTF supervisor, in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160, otherwise known as the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, as amended, and its 2018 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). The AMLC does not issue such requested certification. It has no mandate to act as a "clearing house" for any person or entity.
Should you need any proof of non-involvement in any criminal case, it is suggested to get a clearance from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), which is the national clearinghouse of criminal records, under Republic Act No. 10867.
Please be guided accordingly.
