If yes, please state the name of your business. If no, what is the nature and name of the business requesting for PCOR and your relationship/position re the business? 2. You pawned the piece or pieces of jewelry that you were selling as a business, Yes or No? If yes, What is the name of the pawnshop? If no, please clarify. 3. You sold the pawnshop ticket/paper to another person. Yes or No? If yes, what is the name of the person? Is that person redeeming the pawned jewelry? 4. The PCOR is required by the pawnshop where you pawned the pieces of jewelry. Yes or No? If yes – what is your transaction with the pawnshop? If no – what is the name of the pawnshop and your transaction?
