4. Are you the owner of this business? If no, what is your position/designation in the business, if applicable.

Hi,
The purpose of AMLA Certificate of Registration is required by our Existing Bank account. As per Bank requirements if the business is under Covered Person like financing and lending business must be required to register with the AMLC.
I am transacting in behalf of the business, i was assigned as Authorized Signatory for the bank transactions.
Our Company is in line of direct lending business
I am current holding the position as Finance Director .
I will attach our 2022 General Information Sheet.

I write for the cancellation of my request for AMLA CERTIFICATE, yesterday September 8, 2022 they send me our Certificate of Registration which is the same as i requested here.
