Hi!! I have a covid-19 symptoms and I was about to avail RT-CPR at the Chinese General Hospital and get the philhealth discount. However upon verification it shows that there is a discrepancy in my middle name. It was supposed to be MEÑOSA however it was encoded as MENOSA even though I have my philhealth ID issued way back 2009 they didn't honor it and ask to update my records on philhealth. Is there any way I can update it online since I can't visit the philhealth office since I'm already on self-quarantine. Your immediate response is much appreciated. Thank you.

Make sure to put a checkmark in the “For Updating” box and provide accurate information and submit the accomplished PMRF to the nearest PhilHealth office. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to .
