Hi I'm Dharelle Villamor from Cebu im an ALS passer last 2014- 2015 I would like to request another ALS Rating Card cause mine was lost for my Certification Verification and Authentication (CAV) cause I was planning to apply abroad please help me with this matter Hoping I can get a response ASAP.
