Good day, I'm Rolando H. Ronquillo Jr. an ALS graduate 2013 in Sta.Maria Bulacan. I'm requesting to get my form 137,Cor or Tor as it is needed for my application abroad. May I know will the division office be available on the weekdays? What documents should I bring? If so, who should I approach within the premises? Appreciate your response to this request.
