Hello, Good day! My name is Odeza Jallorina Gabiana I am a graduate of the ALS back in 2018 at Careb Elementary School. I would like to request for a Certified Original Copy of my ALS Diploma as I have misplaced my original copy. I am requesting for another original one because I am applying as Factory worker Abroad .I would be willing to pay any extra charges for this. Hope you can get back to me as soon as possible. Looking forward to hear from you.

You may request your Alternative Learning System (ALS) Certificate of Completion, Diploma, or other school records to the Schools Division Office where you have submitted your Presentation Portfolio Assessment.
