Hello, Good day! My name isJude Alvin Z. Generale. I am a graduate of the ALS back in 2014 at Lahug national high school. I would like to request for a Certified Original Copy of my ALS Diploma and grades as I have misplaced my original copy. I am requesting for another original one because I am graduating student this coming school year. I would be willing to pay any extra charges for this.
