Good day,, I would like to request my original ALS diploma for job application purposes. I passed the ALS exam last October 2009. I used only my Als certificate to apply job after I got my certificate but when I got regular job before I never think of getting my diploma which is my fault and when I go to the ALS facility they said that the Diploma int there and maybe they misplaced it already and can't find it anywhere. Pls.I hope you can help me,I need it so badly. Thank you

Your Request You asked for ALS DIPLOMA. Response to Request Please be informed that the Department of Education-Central Office (DepEd-CO) does not keep learners’ school records. The original school records are issued once only, hence, you are advised to get certification from the school where you graduated and bring it to the Division Office for a certified copy. If you need this for your job application abroad, you need to bring the certification or school records to the Regional Office for authentication (DepEd Order No. 48, s. 2017 dated August 25, 2017). For further assistance, you may directly coordinate with the school you attended or the Schools Division Office (SDO) that has jurisdiction over the school.
