July 27, 2021 Dear Sheryl, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 27, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for ALS CERTIFICATE YEAR 2009. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested because ASIST is a higher education institution. It is under the Department of Education in which the Alternative Learning System is being offered. However, you may wish to contact DepEd Tayo Abra through their FB page at https://www.facebook.com/depedtayoabra/. You are advised not to resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal because the document you are requesting is not covered by the FOI program, but falls under frontline services instead.
