Hi! I'm Julie Ann Barillo. I passed the ALS EXAM way back March 3, 2019 at Lupon Vocational High School, Lupon Davao Oriental with my name Julie Ann Barillo or Julie Ann Primero Barillo. I'm requesting for another Original ALS certificate because i lost it because of a valid reason. I badly needed it, I did my best to get another documents but No one replying me. Pls I hope you understand. Pls help me with this.
