Good day! My name maiden is May Ann Along . I am a graduate of the ALS back in December.9,2012 at BACOLOD CITY NATIONAL HIGHSCHOOL. I would like to request for a Certificate of Rating (COR) as I have misplaced my original copy. I am requesting for another original one because I am applying for International University.
