You asked for ALS Certificate of Completion, Diploma and Certain of Rating.
Response to Request
Please be informed that the Department of Education - Central Office does not keep learners’ school records. You may request your Alternative Learning System (ALS) Certificate of Completion or Diploma to the Schools Division Office where you have submitted your Presentation Portfolio Assessment.

Additionally, to process your request for the re-issuance of the Certificate of Ratings (COR) for the Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) Test, kindly fill out the online request form at the following link: https://bit.ly/DepEdVerification.
Settle a non-refundable payment fee of Php 50 pesos for the copy COR and Php 150 for the shipping fee. You may settle your payment through a door-to-door money remittance system (e.g. LBC Peso Pak, LBC Prepaid Pouch, JRS Prepaid Pouch, or any preferred courier services).
Please wait for DepEd BEA's email on the availability of the COR at least five days after filing and settling the payment.
Please take note that clients who opt to pick up the document must visit the BEA Verification Office. Clients must bring a valid ID or an authorization letter from the examinee, an exam stub, or a printed copy of their acknowledgment from BEA.
Clients who opt to receive the documents via delivery must wait for their COR. They may track the delivery status through the link provided by BEA.
