Hello there! My name is Maui Esmerio, and I would like to request for a copy of my ALS certificate. I am staying in the Metro now, and I passed my ALS exam in Pangasinan, Lingayen. I can't travel to get it personally because of COVID-19. I hope you could help me as I need to use my certificate for job requirements. Thank you.
