Hi Im Maria Cristina Lara I would like to request if I can get an original copy of my ALS certificate and result last 2004 ..I am one of the passers in Concordia college and got my certificate also but due to some reason My certificate got lost due to heavy flooding last 2004 also.Im hoping for a reply since I already live in Iloilo city and I dont know how I can get my certificate right now due to pandemic
