Good day! I would like to request for a good moral certificate, I graduated ALS way back 2008 and unfortunately our learning center in malaria caloocan already closed. Looking forward to have the certificate that I need to enroll in college.

You may request your Alternative Learning System (ALS) Certificate of Completion, Diploma, or other school records to the Schools Division Office where you have submitted your Presentation Portfolio Assessment.
