Hello po. SIgurado naman po nakakaintindi po kayo ng Tagalog. Gusto ko lang po naman malaman yung Nakaallocate ng Budget sa Nueva Ecija in terms of Infra spending for the Fiscal Year of our Calendar Year. (Jan. 1, 2016-Dec. 31,2016). Need ko lang po para magkaalaman na po. Para kampante po kung may nangyayaring---- alam niyo na yun. Thanks

I refer to my letter of Dec 11, 2016 04:58:04 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Allocated Infrastructure Spent for the Province of Nueva Ecija.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Under the Budget Operations Manual for LGUs, the DBM RO shall review the ordinance authorizing the annual or supplemental appropriations of provinces, highly-urbanized cities and independent component cities within its jurisdiction, and municipalities within the Metropolitan Manila Area. In particular, it would be helpful to know if the needed information is only for the provincial level or all LGUs concerned within the province. Dear Reynan,
I refer to my letter of Jun 13, 2017 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Allocated Infrastructure Spent for the Province of Nueva Ecija. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Sep 05, 2017.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office.
