I would like to request the following items regarding the Metro Manila Subway Line 9 Project, to wit:
1. Current Status
2. Detailed Timeline
3. Project Proposal
4. Proposed Compensation for the affected Filipino Citizens (if any)
Most of the Filipinos who will be affected by the Groundbreaking of the Metro Manila Subway Line 9 is not being informed by the government about what is happening. Its been 2 years since our last meeting with JICA/DOTr
It would be beneficial to us if we are provided these information.

All Information regarding the Metro Manila Subway Line 9.
Per memorandum released by our Legal Affairs Office last 24 August 2018, any person who request information or documents in DOTr via the eFOI portal should "reasonably describe the information requested, and the reason for, or purpose of, the request for information." This also in accordance to E.O No. 2, s. 2016.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. In particular, it would be helpful to know specific information you would need in order to proceed with request. I hope this helps clear things out...
1. CURRENT STATUS
(a) Current Progress (Percentage) of the Stations that are being constructed as of the moment;
2. TIMELINE- Please include the Covered Period/Date,
(a) Planning Period
(b) Surveying Period - (JICA)
(c) Meeting & Discussion with the Landowners (Per Area)
(d) Assessment of the Land,
(e) Final Negotiation
(f) Demolition of Building and Land
(g) Construction
3. "PROJECT PROPOSAL/PLAN" - based on hearsay, there were revisions done to the "Project Proposal/Plan", and so, I would like to request the soft copy of the former that was handed to the Landowners for our perusal... (It includes everything that Landowners must generally know including the design, map, route, area of stations, etc.)
4. PROPOSED COMPENSATION FOR THE AFFECTED FILIPINO CITIZENS/ LAND OWNERS
(a) We would like to request at least a Contact Person to discuss this matter.
5. THE RIGHTS OF THE LANDOWNERS, SHOULD THEY PREFER TO KEEP WHAT'S LEFT OF THEIR LAND
We were already informed about the Law of Eminent Domain, we have no problems with that... However, based on the last "Project Proposal/Plan" that we have received from the DOTr and JICA, our land will only be used as a "Construction Site" and the path of the Train will be right in the Middle of the Road.
We were wondering if we can make an agreement with the Government to only "Lease" our Land and be used as a Construction Site for the Subway.
