I refer to our letter of Feb 14, 2018 04:50:09 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for All documents re New Cebu Int'l Container Port such as RDC Reso dated Dec. 11, 2016.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query considering the voluminous documents pertaining to the New Cebu International Port (NCIP) project . Can you please tell us the purpose of your request so we will know what documents to provide you or better if you can give us the list of relevant documents that you need.

Dear Atty. Uckung:
We were informed by the DOTR, in its letter dated January 29, 2018, that the New Cebu International Container Port (NCICP), proposed by CPA, has been approved by the Investments Coordination Committee and confirmed by the NEDA Board on November 14, 2016. In the same letter, the DOTR informed us that the implementation of the NCICP through Korean ODA was endorsed by the Central Visayas Regional Development Council (RDC VII) in a Resolution dated December 11, 2016. The DOTR then instructed us to direct our request for documents to the CPA.
Hence, the request for 1. Approved CPA Proposal re NCICP; and 2. RDC VII Resolution dated December 11, 2016.
We are requesting for the two (2) documents mentioned above for research in the port industry.
