April 18, 2023 Dear Mr. Gean Gaddan, I refer to my letter of Apr 18, 2023 11:04:57 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for All Construction Materials Price Data 2023. May we ask what specific Region are you requesting for? Since as of today there has no consolidated CMPD 2023 Nationwide. Kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to the undersigned, Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer,([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor and a copy of your company/school identification card. Please specify the data being requested, the reason for the request and your contact details. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided. During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jul 11, 2023 04:44:39 AM, your request will be closed.
