CAPANZANA Director, Food and Nutrition Research Institute Department of Science and Technology DOST Compound, Bicutan, Taguig City Dear Dr. Capanzna, The National Tax Research Center (NTRC) is currently conducting a study on alcohol consumption in the Philippines prior and under the implementation of Republic Act (RA) No. 10351. Detailed data from your website on alcohol and binge drinking only covers CY 2013 and CY 2015. In this regard, may we request for the following data on alcohol and binge drinking in the Philippines for the year 2008, Please see attached files.
